Suite224 has a reliable email server that can handle your needs for digital mail as well.
• Email is a complimentary service that we offer to our customers which include the following
• Broadband customers have 5 free email accounts per connection (DSL or Cable Internet)
• Every extra email account is another $2.00 per month
• Our Hosted Domain service charges $7.50 per month, per account
Mail Foundary
Our Spam filtering is provided by a program and comapny called MailFoundry. It allows us to quarantine email with industry standard solutions to protect your inbox from spam, viruses and phishing threats.
MailFoundry creates a quarantine digest for bulk emails that an account receives for a period of 24 hours or so. The quarantine area is easily accessed via an email sent to your inbox with the following information contained inside:
• Quarantine Summary Digest for email address @suite224.net
• The MailFoundry scanning system for Suite224 Internet has determined that the following messages were SPAM, or unsolicited bulk email.
•If you agree that these messages are indeed SPAM, you will need not do anything, The messages will be automiatically deleted.
• If you are not sure if the message is SPAM, click "View" to look at the message in the quarantine, or click "Release" to release a copy of the message from the quarantine and mail it to yourself
• If any message was mistakenly marked, click "Release & Report" to release a copy of the message from the quarantine and report the message as not SPAM.
• MailFoundry then gives you a choice of what action to take on the Junk Quarantine of emails with a table of the addresses they came from their subjects and the date and time in which they were received.
